Before you put down a deposit on any of our puppies or litters, you first need to complete our puppy application. This will help us to make sure that the puppy or litter you are interested in will be a good choice for your home.

Once the puppy application has been completed you should contact us by phone at 585-682-4348 or by email in order to make sure that the puppy is still available or that the litter you are considering is a good fit. We can then talk more to answer any questions you might have.
We try to keep our website updated, but it is possible that a deposit would have just come in without the puppies picture yet being removed from our site.
If the puppy is available you can send your deposit by check or money order.
If you would like to pay by credit card, this can only be done through PayPal. You can use the link on the top of this page for this. It is set-up for the $100 deposit.
We do accept deposits on upcoming litters. People get to choose their puppies in the order that the deposits arrive.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be switched to a puppy from another litter if necessary. We will refund the deposit in full if you have placed it on an upcoming litter, and after the litter has been born, we do not have the sex/color combination you were hoping for. We will also refund the deposit if we feel that the puppy you choose at a young age, develops with a personality that we do not feel would be a good fit in your home.
We reserve the right to return your deposit at anytime if we feel that it is in the best interest of the puppy.
If we cannot reach you by telephone in order to make arrangements to pick up your puppy we reserve the right to sell the puppy to another family. We will not hold a puppy past 8 weeks of age if you have not contacted us to make prior arrangements.
